Sunshine and light can provide yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions for companies or organisations in the Leicester and Leicestershire area. Sessions can either be a one off or series of sessions for staff development or team building, or we can provide regular classes to improve employee overall health and well being.
Sessions can be pitched at any level, from very gentle relaxing yoga classes or meditation classes, to more dynamic sessions, and can be run in any time frame to suit requirements (eg 30 or 45 mins during a lunch hour, right up to longer workshops covering any specific areas of interest for CPD). Sessions can include one or all of the following:
- Breathing exercises to calm the mind, easing stress and anxiety
- Yoga Postures/sequences with options for all levels of ability to stretch and release the body
- Balance to focus and still the mind
- Meditation and mindfulness to completely relax the body and mind
We are able to work with you to tailor sessions to your requirements. We also provide all equipment and are happy to teach small or larger groups.
